1.银耳提前泡发,掰成小块,洗净。

2.洗净的银耳重新放入汤锅,加入足够的水,开火烧开。

3.开锅后改小火,慢炖40分钟左右。

4.这时候来处理木瓜,把它去籽去皮。

5.改刀切成小块。

6.银耳这时候已经炖煮软烂了。

7.倒入木瓜块,继续炖煮十分钟。

8.炖好后加入适量白糖调味(用冰糖也可以)。
